How will my new Logo be delivered?
You'll receive access to a Google Drive folder with all the digital logo files which can be used in printing and digital marketing.
Are Business Cards double-sided?
Yes! You'll get a double-sided business card, which includes your logo and business information, to give a great first impression to your potential customers.
Will you send me the fonts you used?
In short, no. I own the licenses to the font files I use in your project. What I can do is send you the link to where you can purchase or download the font. However, I expand all the logos and any font that I use so you won't need the font files. The only time you would actually need them is if you were wanting them on your website.
Will you send me the editable design files?
These files are not included in the project. But, if you do want them, let me know and I'll create a separate invoice for the cost of these files.
What if I need services that aren’t listed on your site?
If you'd like some marketing collateral; flyers, posters, banners etc. I can provide a bespoke service. Message me for more info!
Can I hire you at an hourly rate?
Yes you can! Just send me an email and we can chat about availability and pricing.
Do I need to buy a domain before we begin working together?
Yes, please go ahead and buy the domain name you'd like before we begin to design your website. If you're unsure about where to buy a domain I can send you some recommendations.
Do I need to buy hosting before we begin working together?
You may already have professional hosting and you might even manage that hosting in-house; if you do, great. If you don’t, we will recommend one of our preferred hosting providers. We can set up your site on a server, plus any statistics software such as Google Analytics and/or SSL Certificate and will provide a separate quote for that. Then, the updates to, and management of that server will be up to you.
Will my new website be on page one of Google?
Not yet. It takes time and good search engine optimisation (SEO) to achieve this. However, your site will be optimised for search engines and over time could get on the first page of Google for search terms related to your business.
Will you show me how to update the website myself?
Absolutely! At the end of your project, I offer a complimentary one-to-one training session to help you learn how to manage and update your own website.
How does the payment work?
After we decide we’re a good match, you will need to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit, 35% is due the day before we start your project and the final 35% is due when the project is complete, but before I hand over your final files.
What are the Payment Terms?
As outlined in my contract, if your first 35% payment is late, I can put your project on hold. We can restart the project at a later date but a Rescheduling Fee will be charged. Your final payment is due 14 days upon receipt. If payment has not been made by the 14th day, a 5% interest will be added every 7 days until your payment has been completed, starting on the 15th day. Do you accept Refunds?
Once you receive digital files, refunds can't be accepted. However, if you decide during the process that you want to cancel services you can do so upon written 7 day notice. The services will be canceled and you will receive a PayPal invoice of the hourly charges up to that point you canceled for the time that was put into the design. All design files will be owned by the designer.
